In many ways you could say that we are separate, yet united

Citizen II was founded by, and is composed of Sebastian Carrą and Per "Lupo" Svensson. Since the very beginning it has been all about music. Composing, recording and performing.The main goal has always been to write music that would create its own audience; simply, Citizen II have never longed for an audience already existing, but have always worked to create a new one.
